If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any item purchased on Chillscott official store within 10 days of the days of the delivery date .If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice. 

Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition ,packaging included,otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
